Pe langa idee (oamenii nu mai imbatranesc dupa ce implinesc 25 de ani si plata se face pe baza de timp), mi-a placut foarte mult si distributia: protagonistii Justin Timberlake (Friends with Benefits, Bad Teacher si The Social Network), Amanda Seyfried (Les Miserables, Gone si Mean Girls) si Cillian Murphy (The Dark Knight Rises, Inception, The Dark Knight si Batman Begins) si Johnny Galecki (The Big Bang Theory si Hancock), Olivia Wilde (The Change-Up si The O.C.), Matt Bomer (White Collar si Magic Mike) si Alex Pettyfer (Magic Mike).
On my birthday, my best friend came over, we ordered in and watched this cute romantic comedy with Selena Gomez (Wizards of Waverly Place and Another Cinderella Story), Leighton Meester (Gossip Girl and Date Night) and Katie Cassidy (Gossip Girl and Taken). When you see in the cast Selena Gomez’s name, you can guess that the movie is Disney alike. And you are right if you think this way! However, the film was very nice, with a happy ending and the boys were really adorable!
storyline via imdb: A young woman, her uptight step sister and her best friend use their savings for a long anticipated dream trip to Paris, which turns out to be a big disappointment. When they decide to take a break from their lousy tour and duck into the lobby of a luxury hotel, one of them is mistaken for a spoiled British heiress. Before they get the chance to reveal their true identities they are wrapped up in misadventures during a vacation to Monte Carlo instead.
When I was at the countryside, I watched three movies: Mean Girls 2, Hall Pass and The Graduate (about this last one I won’t write though because I didn’t like it). Hall Pass was a nice romantic comedy with Owen Wilson (Midnight in Paris, How do you know and Marley&Me). I laughed, though it was a little kinky here and there.
storyline via imdb: A couple of married guys are always looking at other women. Their wives are fed up with their behavior, and grant them a ‘hall pass’: a week off their marriage allowing them to do anything. But the guys take their time and their week is almost up. What they don’t realize is that at the same time their wives make connections of their own.
Hi, everybody! I’m back from the countryside, but soon I’m gonna leave again town (I’ll make a post about this tomorrow though). At the countryside I had internet only on my aunt’s computer, so I had to watch something different from The O.C. Firstly, I chose Mean Girls 2 with Meaghan Martin (Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2), Claire Holt (The Vampire Diaries and H2O: add water), Jennifer Stone (Wizards of Waverly Place), cute Diego Boneta (Rebelde and 90210) and Nicole Anderson (Jonas). Yes, kind of Disney stars. But in the end, the movie was pretty nice :) It’s about Johanna „Jo” Mitchell is a 17-year-old tomboy, who lives with her father, who works as a race car driver for NASCAR…
The day before yesterday I watched this movie, although I first wanted to see Hall Pass. When I realised its quality sucked, I gave Captain America a shot. I liked the film, especially because it didn’t bore me, but it was way too unrealistic and SF for my taste. I still liked to see hot Chris Evans (What’s Your Number?), handsome Sebastian Stan (Spread, Gossip Girl and Gone) and gorgeous Richard Armitage (Robin Hood and North and South) on the screen again. Now I’m waiting for the sequel in 2014.
storyline via imdb: It is 1942, America has entered World War II, and sickly but determined Steve Rogers is frustrated at being rejected yet again for military service. Everything changes when Dr. Erksine recruits him for the secret Project Rebirth. Proving his extraordinary courage, wits and conscience, Rogers undergoes the experiment and his weak body is suddenly enhanced into the maximum human potential. When Dr. Erksine is then immediately assassinated by an agent of Nazi Germany’s head of its secret HYDRA research department, Johann Schmidt aka the Red Skull, Rogers is left as a unique man who is initially misused as a propaganda mascot. However, when his comrades need him, Rogers goes on a successful adventure that truly makes him Captain America and his war against Schmidt begins.
