The Artist

Did you miss a movie post? Well, you should be ready, because I’ve seen a few films lately. The Artist is 2011’s movie with most Golden Globe and Oscar nominations. It’s very different from any other movie that I’ve ever seen because it’s black and white and mute. I loved the story: very realistic one, the scenography and the music. So I can’t contest the fact that this movie received so many awards. Please watch the trailer!

storyline via imdb: Outside a movie premiere, enthusiastic fan Peppy Miller literally bumps into the swashbuckling hero of the silent film, George Valentin. The star reacts graciously and Peppy plants a kiss on his cheek as they are surrounded by photographers. The headlines demand: „Who’s That Girl?” and Peppy is inspired to audition for a dancing bit-part at the studio. However as Peppy slowly rises through the industry, the introduction of talking-pictures turns Valentin’s world upside-down.

J. Edgar

A few days ago I went to the cinema to see this movie with handsome and talented Leo DiCaprio. Except from him, there were also beautiful Armie Hammer and Ed Westwick in the film. I really liked it, it’s a must see! It’s about the man who created the FBI. There’s a little gay scene that’s gross… But the Golden Globes were full of J. Edgar so yeah… It’s a good movie.

storyline via imdb: As the face of law enforcement in America for almost 50 years, J. Edgar Hoover was feared and admired, reviled and revered. But behind closed doors, he held secrets that would have destroyed his image, his career and his life.

New in

I’ve forgotten to show you these: bracelet from my Godmother and H&M lipbalm from a friend

Takko top

Flo&Jo wool sweater (it’s actually brown)

coat (in love)

C&A cardigan

my first corset from my mum

These are my latest purchases. When my ELF order arrives, I’m gonna make a review.

I spent my morning watching The Golden Globes on HBO and I’ve decided to watch more movies. I’ve actually started to download some so stay tuned for some articles tomorrow :) Soon I’m gonna take off and I’m trying to convince my self to wear my grey heels. Soon or later I’m gonna have to wear them this winter ‘cause they are unique model and I love them.
