Last week, when I paid a visit to Yves Rocher to buy shampoo, I received this invite to a free makeup session
I didn’t get to choose how my makeup will look like, because they already had their own templates, so the makeup artist decided what would fit me better. I like the final result, although I wouldn’t put on such an intense red lipstick. She gave my some good makeup tips, which I’ll take in consideration from now on.
Now I should talk a little bit about their products. I just removed my makeup, which stayed on my face for 7 hours. The eyeliner spread at the corner of my eyes, but I really like how to skin looked like. Soon I’ll have to start looking for a new foundation. I was thinking about buying a Max Factor one, because I like their mascaras, lipsticks and powders, but now I have to consider the matte one from Yves Rocher as well :)
I was wondering what to post, because it was about time, until I realised I freaking adore this woman! Not only because of her music, but because of her AMAZING style. I love her hair, her makeup, her clothes… she’s so feminine. And her campaign for H&M is so lovely as well!
My ELF order arrived a few days ago. Here is what I bought: two brushes (really needed) and a primer. The brushes are tiny, but really good. I recommend them! The powder one, compared with my old brush, which is bigger, spreads the powder all over the face and not just on a single place. Until now I used to think that a primer is a thing made for us to give more money, but this cheap ELF one showed me the contrary. It’s the best! My eyeshadow stays intact for more than 8 hours and this is AMAZING, especially because of the shape of my eyes. In the second picture you can see a new bracelet, a gift from my beloved aunt.
Changing the subject, today I had my last semestrial paper – the physics one and my last written German exam. Now I can’t wait to finish school, because I’m getting more and more tired every day. Four weeks left… My weekend is full and I’m glad about it. Hope the weather will be good as well. Enough with the writing now: movie time!
Maybe you’ve noticed: in the left side of my blog there is a new section with sponsors. For the moment, there’s just Sigma Makeup. They basically sell brushes (it’s amazing how many types there are!), but they also have eye shadow palettes and makeup accessories like bags and mirrors. They even have vegan brushes and ship worldwide and if you purchase $30 or more you get a free gift! I think I’ll buy a few brushes from them in the future and then I’ll tell you exactly how they are. But I checked their forum and there are said only good opinions.
