The Vow

Rachel McAdams (Mean Girls, The Notebook, Sherlock Holmes and Midnight in Paris) and Channing Tatum (Public Enemies and Magic Mike) are on my list of favorite actors. This Friday I was tired of the same series, so I decided to watch a movie instead. I have dozens of movies in my computer, but I finally picked this romantic drama and I don’t regret it. A must see for lachrymatory lovers.

storyline via imdb: Leo and Paige are a couple who just got married. After an accident, Paige is left unconscious, and when she awakes she doesn’t remember Leo. Her parents, whom she hasn’t seen since she and Leo got together, come and visit her. She can’t believe that she hasn’t seen them for such a long time. Leo wants to bring her home with him but her parents want her to go with them. She goes with Leo but when she doesn’t recognize anything, she goes to her parents. And she wonders why did she cut off contact with her family. She also runs into her ex and wonders why they broke up. Leo tries to win her back by courting her again.

P.S.: I’m sorry for not posting this week: I was involved in the second part of the interchange with Italy, so I had no time to breath. Atm I’m waiting to receive all the pictures, because there are lots! Oh, and yeah, I have to recover a week of school, do my homework and stuff and the best part of all this is that I’m sick as fuck. But I’m still excited about the El Clasico tonight! Yey!

Wishing the best, but expecting the worst

I love autumn. I always have deep down in my heart. And not only because it’s like New Year for fashion and my birthday is in October, but because I simply adore the rain, the chill and maybe because I’m a romantic and sad person. Sweaters and scarfs, books, music in the headphones and a coffee to go: this is how I imagine my autumn.

Enjoy everybody!

LOL

I’ve been wanting to post about this movie for a while now, because I saw it a week ago or something, but I was very busy. Now I’m watching Barcelona – Real Madrid, but it’s the break (0-0), so yeah. This romantic comedy with Miley Cyrus (The Last Song and Hannah Montana: The Movie), Ashley Greene (The Twilight Saga) and Demi Moore was very nice and inspiring – with happy ending. It’s about true love at a young age, friendship between a mother and her daughter and more.

storyline via imdb: In a world connected by YouTube, iTunes, and Facebook, Lola and her friends navigate the peer pressures of high school romance and friendship while dodging their sometimes overbearing and confused parents. When Lola’s mom, Anne, „accidentally” reads her teenage daughter’s racy journal, she realizes just how wide their communication gap has grown. Through hilarious and heartfelt moments between mother and daughter, LOL is a fresh coming-of-age story for modern times.

This is more than I take

Yesterday one of my classmates posted on Facebook this picture of us in Milan in March and it made me think that I actually miss this Italian guys. Fortunately I’m going to see them again for one week in a month when they’re coming to Romania!

I still have material for the blog, but my stats get lower and lower every day… This makes me wonder if I still have to continue with this. Some feedback would really help!

In three weeks school starts and to be honest, I’m terrified. I don’t want all the stress to begin again. I like it like this: going to bed at 12, waking up at 10, chilling, going to the gym, eating, watching movies and stuff. I know, sometimes I get bored, of course, but I prefer it like that, especially because eleventh grade is the hardest. In another train of thoughts, it’s been a while since I’ve been having only nightmares. I tried to read „Faust” by Goethe, but didn’t succeed. I have to admit, the language is very hard to keep up with. Today I finished the second season of The O.C and soon I’m gonna start the third. I like it, it’s enjoyable, but not one of my favorites. There’s only one left episode from True Blood this year and again, this show is not on my favs list anymore. Maybe because I’m a romantic person and this season has no romance at all? I don’t know. Maybe I’m getting sick of trouble. I’m like an old lady, you know? I just want to sleep it off and yeah. That’s all. But I’m very glad I’ve found another thing to watch every week: the Spanish league started yesterday and because I’m a fanatic madridista, I have to watch every single game that Real Madrid plays. I know I’ve said I hate Spain and I still do, especially David Villa, Puyol and Iniesta (=Barcelona), but I lololove Mesut Özil. By the way, why is everybody pronouncing his name wrong?! Like Ouzilll or something. It’s kind of annoying…
