Actually, this was the third day, but there are no pictures from Sunday when we went shopping in the biggest mall in Italy. What I bought I’ll show you when I’ll be back home. So on Monday the Italian people showed us their school and some videos and after lunch we watched a movie: Brave Heart with Mel Gibson. Now I have to prepare myself because soon we have to leave again to school. Hear from me later!
Last Sunday I watched this nice romantic/comedy/drama movie from 2008 with Ryan Reynolds (The Change-Up and The Proposal) and Isla Fisher (Confessions of a Shopaholic). I’ve heard this is a very good movie; I can’t totally agree, though I enjoyed seeing it. Take a look!
Storyline via imdb: Romantic comedy: Will Hayes, a 30-something Manhattan dad is in the midst of a divorce when his 10-year-old daughter, Maya, starts to question him about his life before marriage. Maya wants to know absolutely everything about how her parents met and fell in love. Will’s story begins in 1992, as a young, starry-eyed aspiring politician who moves to New York from Wisconsin in order to work on the Clinton campaign. For Maya, Will relives his past as an idealistic young man learning the ins and outs of big city politics, and recounts the history of his romantic relationships with three very different women. On the campaign, Will’s best buddy is Russell McCormack. They not only have similar political aspirations, they share the same type of girl problems, too. Will hopelessly attempts a „PG” version of his story for his daughter ad changes the names so Maya has to guess who he finally married…
This is just a random post with a few pictures taken with my iPad. I’m home, sick as f*ck, watching SATC or reading. Here in Iasi it has started snowing again (as if the -20 degrees wouldn’t be enough). A few days ago I rearranged the books in my room (foreign authors, Romanian authors or best-sellers) because I bought four new ones (I’ll show you soon).
